Dear clients, associates and friends, – with this year so filled with ongoing weather events, various changes imposed and rising cost of living and other obstacles both globally and locally, it is extremely important to stay up to date in protecting what is dear, what and who is important, and securing our nice and comfortable living in New Zealand.

With this in mind, I invite you to take part in my seminar on “Aspects of Medical insurance in NZ” here is the link

If you yourself feel sorted in that respect, many of my clients are, – please share and recommend to your friends, family and especially those recent newcomers to NZ, it’s important for them to understand fully our structures, systems, costs and benefits involved.

On the matter of House insurance – please note, that now, more than ever (due to weather complications, geo–events and other factors), even when preparing to go to auction to buy property, – You need to have a valid, approved, prepared Certificate of insurance Cover, not simply  a quote, -in which all details of the property and your history are shared with the insurer and approved by them, and if needed taken through the underwriting process, before going unconditional on your purchase. If not, when winning the auction, the policy may not be approved, as the risk is not yet assessed. If however, you happen not to win the auction, we will simply cancel your cover, without incurring any additional costs from you.  If this advice is not followed, much worse complications can occur if certain aspects of property purchase are discovered straight after. This could prevent your insurer agreeing to cover the risk, and a bank may not release funds without full insurance cover being seen and agreed by them. So, the whole deal might be hanging on a thread.

On the matter of having successful and quick car claims, please see and keep in mind the check- list as attached here.

My seminar is on 15th October, on which I hope you will take part (let me know, so I know the numbers of attendants, as light refreshments will be served after) – will be the last planned event for this busy year, after which I will wish you the happiest pre-Christmas time and lovely holiday.

Take care, keep safe, and thanks !
